What I do
I produce detailed, tested interface designs that meet user needs as well as client business objectives. Based in Bristol, UK, I work directly with client organisations all over the world. I also freelance for design agencies here in the Bristol and Bath area.
I believe the key to successful UX design is to create value for both end users and businesses simultaneously. Finding this value might mean changing the way you think about your project. But valuable digital experiences increase conversion rates and improve your return on investment.

Who I've worked with
I've been lucky to work with some great clients, both directly and through my freelance work at UX agencies, including:
Worked within an agile team at Bristol City Council to design new digital services, and trained their internal UX team (with cxpartners).
Ran senior stakeholder workshops and IA work for The Soil Association.
Working with cxpartners, I conducted user research and interaction design for Confused.com.
I've been designing digital products for over 12 years. Due to client confidentiality, I can't post much of my recent work here, but let's meet up and I'll show you a full range of work examples in person.
